Subscription and payment procedure

Prior to the first payment the investor has to personally visit the head office of the management company or any of its branches, which are authorised to accept declarations of subscription or redemption claims, where the investor signs the subscription form.

For joining the mutual fund you need a valid personal document, tax number and bank account number.

Natural persons
In order to access the mutual fund, you need a valid personal document (personal identity card or passport), tax number and bank account number. You will fill out a subscription form, which contains all information which the management company needs to receive payments. Sign the form in order to confirm your subscription.
If you wish to authorise another person to dispose of your funds, you need that person’s signature and all the required documents. Personal identification is necessary for signing the subscription form.
Minors
Person, who is younger than 18 years, requires a lawful representative in order to invest in a mutual fund. This representative will be responsible for disposing with the minor’s funds. The representatives can be parents or custodians. When implementing a payment for a person, younger than 15 years, it is always necessary to submit the Social Work Centre statement.
Legal entities
When signing the subscription form, a legal entity has to submit the extract from court register, which is not older than three months. The representative of the legal entity is responsible for all payments and redemptions.
