Income Tax – capital gains for 2006
Every taxable person who redeemed investment coupons in the year 2006 must send the List of securities or investment coupons to the Tax Administration of the Republic of Slovenia until 28 February 2007 (form 
DOHKAP št. 2). The data for income tax for the year 2006 must be provided in Slovenian Tolars, therefore in January, we sent you the Summary of turnover and balance for 2006 in SIT. Tax Administration will issue a decision on the payment of income tax on capital gains by 31 May 2007 at the latest.
The Summary of turnover and financial balance for 2006 includes all data that has to be written on the list. This data is also provided on the pay-in or pay-off confirmation which we sent you at purchase or sale of investment coupons. What is management fee and how is it calculated?
The investor pays management fee to the management company in exchange for the management of his/her assets. Management commission is automatically calculated on every working day and is transformed to the unit price, therefore, the investor does not pay this fee separately.
Is it possible to make cash investments to the fund?
The payment can be implemented only by money order, which means that at our branch office it is not possible to make a payment in cash.
Can mutual fund units be transferred to a third person?
Ownership of mutual funds is not transferable, which means that another person can acquire rights, offered by investment coupons, solely by purchasing them. Inheritance is an exception.
Is it possible to monitor the purchases and sales of units online?
Currently, it is not possible to monitor purchases and sales of units online.
If the management company is liquidated, who is liable for my investments?
If the management company is liquidated, the assets remain untouched, since the assets of the mutual fund are managed on separate accounts. This field is additionally protected by the custodian bank, which supervises the assets, while the management company only manages the assets.
Is the Post of Slovenia an authorised branch where I can subscribe?
Yes, subscription offices of the Post of Slovenia are authorised, since they are also included in the prospectus, which can be found on our website under Documents.
Which documents must be enclosed to the redemption claim?
When you are completing the redemption claim, you have to identify yourself with a personal document. We will need a copy of your bank account only if the number of the bank account that you stated on the declaration of subscription is different than the number of the account, where you want us to order the money.
In which companies do you invest?
We buy companies that have potential and which we consider currently undervalued. Larger investments can be seen in the description of each fund.
How do you choose the appropriate investments?
The analyst department of ILIRIKA DZU, d. o. o. is not divided according to different capital markets, but it monitors and studies companies with potential regardless of the fact where the company is located and which economic branch it operates in. Our decisions on investments on the Slovenian market as well as on south-east European markets mostly depend on our own analyses and analyses, implemented by ILIRIKA Brokerage Plc.
