ILIRIKA Brokerage plc is the leading company at the M&A field in Slovenia in 2005.

In the years of operations, we achieved several experiences, cooperation with important Slovenian, European and global players was a great help at learning.

We would like to emphasize cooperation with the Austrian multinational company RHI AG (EUR 1,3 billion of turnover in 2005), its doughter company Heraklith AG with our help axecuted succesful takeover of company Termo d.d. Skofja Loka.

In the year 2005 we managed also several other M&A projects, the acquisitions from the quotation of Ljubljana Stock Exchange: D Holding d.d. Domzale (for company Boleta d.o.o.), Creina d.d., Kranj (for company Karizma d.o.o.). Succesful was also our cooperation with one of the most important slovenian financial institutions, insurance company Triglav d.d., for its daughter company Triglav, financna druzga d.d., Ljubljana we executed the acquisition of the company Slovenijales d.d. Ljubljana. In the same year we also started with the takeover defence from the side of the Managmenet (MBO) of one of the best known companies in Slovenia: Iskra d.d., Ljubljana.
