ILIRIKA d. d. is a privately owned company, its strong ownership structure provides a guarantee for strengthening business relations with clients and partners.

The company’s employees are incorporated in a functional organisational scheme. Knowledge and productivity are crucial for the company’s operations, the organisational scheme itself ensures the fact that operations run smoothly.

The management incorporates the chairman and one member.

ILIRIKA’s structure is divided in four sectors:

• Trading sector (Matjaž Bernik),
• Asset management sector (Tilen Šarlah), 
• Financial sector (Barbara Cikanek) and 
• Legal sector (Barbara Iskra)  

The management has direct control over general administration including cooperation with representatives in branch offices. These activities are connected to all sectors and are under direct supervision of the management.
