Ilirika DZU, d. o. o. management company was registered in the court register as investment funds management company on 27 July 2000 and it actually replaced Rdeča pika, d.o.o. management company, which was established already in 1993.

On 8 March 1995 Ilirika DZU, d.o.o. management company obtained the licence to manage investment funds on the basis of the Securities Market Agency's decision No. 25/34/AG-95 and on 16 July 1996 it also obtained the licence to manage Modra Kombinacija Mutual Fund on the basis of SMA's decision No. 27/18/AG-96. In accordance with new legislation, on 1 October 1997the company obtained the consensus for modifying and supplementing the Prospectus for offering investment coupons and Mutual Fund Management Rules on the basis of SMA's decision No. 53/A/18/AG-97. On the basis of SMA's decision No. 53A/1/AG-98, the company also obtained the consensus to modify Management Rules and supplement the Prospectus for offering investment coupons on 20 January 1999.

Until the acquisition of all permanent licences, Ilirika DZU, d.o.o. had managed Modra Kombinacija Mutual Fund on the basis of Article 145 of the Investment Funds and Management Companies Act and termporary permission, provided by the SMA. The company has been established for indefinite time.
