IGOR ŠTEMBERGER, predsednik uprave družbe ILIRIKA d. d. 
Igor Štemberger was born on 17 March 1957 in Ilirska Bistrica. After finishing general high school in Postojna, he continued his studies at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana. After graduation, he also finished his legal internship at the Supreme Court in Ljubljana.
He gained experience in entrepreneurship already in 1980s, however, he became more active on the Slovenian capital market in the 1990s and in 1994, he obtained the licence of the Securities Market Agency for stockbroker.
In 1995, as the sole owne, he founded ILIRIKA borzno posredniška hiša d. d. and in 1999, he obtained the licence for management board member of a stock broking company.
Since the establishment of the company he has been its director, on 1 January 1995 he was named as the chairman of the management board.
In ILIRIKA Group he is also the chairman of the management board of Fundacija ILIRIKA foundation, director of ILIRIKA Fintrade d. o. o. and chairman of the board of directors of ILIRIKA Investments A.D., Belgrade.
MATJAŽ BERNIK , direktor trgovalnega sektorja 
He was born on 13 November 1974 in Jesenice. After concluding high school in Jesenice, he continued his studies at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. In 2003, he started his postgraduate studies in finance and in 2004 finished his first year.
He gained his first experience in the field of finance in an auditing company, in 1998, he was employed in ILIRIKA d. d. His successful work brought him to the managing stockbroker, in accordance with the reorganisation plan, he accepted the position of the trading sector director.
This sector includes trading on the local and foreign markets, asset management, analyst department and development department.
KATJA DROBEŽ , direktorica finančnega sektorja 
She was born on 9 September 1972 in Ljubljana. After secondary school in Ljubljana she continued her studies at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and concluded her studies in 1996. She continued her postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics and finished in 2002.
From 1996 until 2001, she was employed in Bank of Slovenia as analyst in the international investments and payment balances department in the sector of financial statistics.
She has been employed at ILIRIKA d. d. since 2001, when she started working as head of finance and back office. After the reorganisation, she accepted the position of the finance sector director which includes finance, back office, accountancy and IT departments. In ILIRIKA Group she also executes the function of the supervisory board chairman of ILIRIKA Investments A.D. in Belgrade.
