Investment policy

We invest in regionally specific securities. The consolidation process in investment areas increases the possibility of above average returns.

Investment policy involves securities of issuers who are located or implement the major part of their activities in the Balkans, Central Europe, Southeast Europe, Turkey, Greece and Russia. In the future, the fund will also implement investments in Bulgaria and Poland.

Investment objectives

80 to 100% of all the fund’s assets present investments in equity securities, investments in debt securities present between 0 and 10% of total assets.

The fund’s portfolio is diversified, and it includes investments with variable and permanent return, its objective is to ensure long-term increase of assets’ value, which will originate from capital gains and income profits from dividends and interests. The portion of investments depends on the situation on capital markets; however, the proportion remains within the limitations, listed below.

Ilirika Vzhodna Evropa equity mutual fund’s portfolio includes:

  • 80 to 100% of shares
  • Up to 10% of shares or units of other investment funds
  • Up to 10 % of bonds
  • Up to 20 % of redeemable deposits
