The investment objective of Modri Kapital bond mutual fund is to achieve stable returns at low risks, which, however, exceed the returns of fixed bank deposits. Investments are not geographically limited. The portfolio is diversified and includes permanent return investments which ensure long-term increase of value. Investment objectives
Modri Kapital bond mutual fund’s portfolio includes:
- 75 to 95 % of bonds,
- Up to 30 % of low risk company bonds (bonds that have low or no credit rating),
- 5 % to 20 % of short-term securities,
- 5 % to 20 % of redeemable deposits
The stake of bonds lies between 79 and 95 percent.
The remaining funds are invested in short-term securities and bank deposits. The investment policy is not limited according to regions and also allows investments in dynamic bonds of larger international companies (up to 30% of investments). In comparison to other Slovenian bond mutual funds, this is the main advantage of Modri Kapital bond mutual fund.
