Stockbroking is the process of purchasing and selling securities upon your order and for your account on the basis of commission payment.

Prior to accepting the fi rst order for the purchase or sale of securities you conclude a contract on stockbroking with Ilirika.

How to submit the order?

You can submit the order for purchase or sale of securities at Ilirika’s head office or in any of our business units or contractual partners - in person, by telephone using a personal password, by fax, e-mail, internet trading system or by ordinary mail.

 

In order to conclude the contract (for stock broking on the Slovenian as well as on order foreign markets)

 

Natural persons need:

• Valid personal document
• Tax number
• Bank account number

 

Legal entities need:

• Extract from the court register or notification of the statistics office on the identification number
• Company’s tax number
• Valid personal document of the company’s director or legal representative
